Welcome to the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation - Region 3 (Australasia)
The Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) was founded in 1996 as a global not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting the avoidance and resolution of contract disputes using the unique and proven Dispute Board (DB) method.
The Australasian chapter of DRBF (Region 3) has responsibility for promoting the activities of DRBF in Australia and New Zealand.
Materials and support available to non-members includes:
- Access to the DRBF's Dispute Board Manual, A Guide to Best Practices and Procedures and overview of the Dispute Board concept and value proposition in the region
- A summary listing of known projects which have used, or are presently using, DBs on major projects in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
- A list of the DRBF Region 3 Board of Directors and Members available to assist parties with implementation of the DB process and other initiatives. Contact the DRBF Region 3 secretariat for additional support on Dispute Board candidates
- Sample Dispute Board model documents suitable for use with most contract forms
Membership in the DRBF offers many benefits, some of which includes:
