Aisha Nadar for over 30 years, Aisha Nadar has been actively involved in all phases of the negotiation and implementation of large-scale cross-border infrastructure and defense programs. Her procurement and international contract management experience includes holding senior-level positions in the US, the Middle East, and Europe. She regularly advises clients on strategic procurement planning, contract drafting, contract management, and dispute resolution and acts as arbitrator, mediator, and dispute board member and has experience with ICC, LCIA, SCC, DIAC, AAA, UNCITRAL, and FIDIC rules. Aisha has carried out assignments related to dispute resolution for organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, and US DoD. She is a regularly invited speaker at universities and specialized conferences on construction contracts and dispute resolution. Aisha is a member of FIDIC’s Executive Committee, the Chair of FIDIC’s Procurement Policy Sub-Committee, is listed on FIDIC President’s List of Accredited Adjudicators, and served as one of the principal drafters of the updates of the FIDIC 1999 Suite. She is an officer of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association and has previously served as a member of the Standing Committee of the ICC International Centre for ADR. Aisha holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, an MBA from the University of Texas-Austin, and an LL.M. in International Commercial Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary, University of London, and completed the CIArb Diploma Course in International Commercial Arbitration, Oxford in 2005.

Frank Mvula is a citizen of Zambia who currently employed as Director of Fiduciary (Procurement and Financial Management) Services and Inspection since October 2018, has over 20 years of wealth of experience in Procurement, Water and Sanitation, Infrastructure Development, and Project Management. He is currently responsible for the development and implementation of Fiduciary policies. He served as Country Manager for African Development Bank in Malawi, from 2017 – 2018. In this role, he led policy dialogue with the Malawian government and other development partners. From 2014 – 2017 he was the Division Manager for the Procurement Division, supervising a team of over fifty Procurement Professionals across the continent. He led the fiduciary oversight of the Bank Group’s portfolio and provided advisory services to Senior Management on policy, strategy, and a broad range of procurement issues relating to the Bank’s operations across sectors. From 2009 to 2013, he worked as the Chief Regional Procurement Coordinator, in East and Southern Africa spearheading procurement reforms. He joined the Africa Development Bank in 2003 as a Senior Architect/Implementation Specialist in the Human and Social Development Department. Prior to joining the African Development Bank, Mr. Mvula worked at the Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company as Director, Commercial Services in 2003, as Projects Manager/Senior Engineer between 1998 and 2003, and as a Graduate Engineer between 1995 and 1996. Lady Justice Jacqueline Kamau is a Judge of the High Court of Kenya
appointed in 2012. Prior to joining the Bench, she practiced law in Kenya having been admitted to the Kenyan bar in 1993 and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya. She worked with a number of Law Firms as an Associate Advocate, then later with Madison Insurance Company as a Legal Officer before opening her law firm. Jackie is a qualified Chartered Arbitrator registered with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, in Kenya and London. She is a certified tutor with the Institute. She has attended several local and international conferences on Alternative Dispute Resolution. She lectures various professional organizations on ADR and is a trainer with the Kenya Judiciary Training Institute. A distinguished academic, she holds a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (First Class Honors), and a Bachelor of Social and Legal Sciences, from the Universities of Nairobi and Poona respectively. Misheck Daka has over 40 years of experience in the field of Highway and Civil/Structural Engineering and Project Management and Contract administration. Major thrust areas cover the construction and project management of both highway and urban/mining infrastructure. His highway engineering projects include the design and supervision of roadworks including scheduling, quality control and approval of materials and works, estimation of quantities and costs; preparation of bills of quantities and technical specifications. His structural/civil engineering experience includes major office blocks, workshops; high and low-rise buildings for mining and residential use. He has also been involved with various projects both in Zambia and Swaziland. Mr. Daka holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from the University Of Zambia, a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from the Loughborough University of Technology in the United Kingdom, and a Master of Laws Degree in Construction Law, Adjudication, and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Mr. Daka is also credited with participation in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot hosted by Vienna. Paul Karekezi is the Executive Chairman of GIBB Africa Limited. He has over 40 years of experience in infrastructure development (traditional contracting and PPP). In addition, Eng. Karekezi is a director of the International Public-Private Partnerships Institute (IPPPI), which provides training on PPP, contract administration &; management as well as ADR. He is a CP 3 P® Approved Trainer by APMG International. He has provided training on PPP to more than 200 civil servants from various PPP Nodes in the East Africa region. Eng. Karekezi is a practicing adjudicator, arbitrator, and accredited mediator. He is DRBF's Region 2 Director representing Africa. Paul Taggart is a Past President of the DRBF Executive Board of Directors. He has some 40 years of experience in contract management and disputes settlement in construction. He is a FIDIC Presidents List of Approved Adjudicators member. Paul has acted as DB member, a disputes settlement manager, a Contractual Manager, and as advisor for a number of reputable major international companies effectively managing complex contract cases on a broad range major infrastructure and building works. In this regard he has been actively involved in the submission and successful settlement of some US$ 4.7 billion worth of disputes to Dispute Adjudication and Recommendation Boards globally per FIDIC, ad hoc and ICC DB rules. His project experience includes Mosul Dam (Iraq), Second Bosphoros Bridge (Turkey), The Channel Tunnel (UK - France), The Panama Canal expansion, Copenhagen, Qatar and Riyadh Metros, Xiaolangdi MPD China, and Bujagali HPP the first PPP hydro project in Africa. Sanjeev Miglani is an Indian Citizen with a permanent resident certificate for Botswana. He passed Indian School Certificate Examination in 1969; equivalent to the British ‘A’ Levels, Secondary School Leaving examination. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering with a First Division and obtained in Distinction in 1974. Obtained Associate membership of the Institution of British Engineers (UK) in 1982, followed by a Fellowship in 1998. In 2010 Sanjeev obtained a certificate in arbitration from the Association of Arbitrators RSA, followed by the completion of Modules 3 & 4 from the Association of Arbitrators, RSA in November 2011 and 2012. Suzanne Rattray is a senior engineer with more than 35 years of professional experience. She has a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University in Canada, specializing in structural engineering. She has had lead responsibilities on numerous infrastructure projects, in the transportation, building, and energy sectors, in Zambia, Tanzania, Mozambique, DR Congo, Chad, and Israel. She has been practising as an Adjudicator and Arbitrator since 2008 and was admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2012, qualifying for Fellow Status in 2017.

Taner Dedezade is an international construction barrister and ICC arbitrator, practicing at Corbett & Co, with some 25 years of experience, specializing in the resolution and avoidance of disputes arising out of international construction and engineering projects, particularly under the FIDIC forms.
