Special rates: The DRBF has arranged for special guest room rates during this event, as well as for three days before and three days after the conference. Room rates include a buffet breakfast and complimentary wi-fi in guest rooms and in the conference meeting areas:

Covid safety protocols

Delegates are asked to wear masks indoors. The meeting rooms will be set up to allow for ample social distancing. When possible, breaks and meals will be hosted outside on the beautiful outdoor deck beside the meeting room. We will deliver conference materials electronically to minimize contact.

The hotel is carefully following all local regulations. It is each person’s responsibility to check relevant government travel recommendations, regulations and guidelines for your personal itinerary.

The DRBF will have a liberal refund policy for this event for those who have to cancel.
